The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. We’ve had a month full of public massacres and grieving. As per usual, there is no benefit to non-white people discussing any of these events in the workplace. Even if you work with exclusively non-white people, you risk igniting conflict discussing these controversial and emotional issues in the workplace. Keep dialog centered on workplace duties. Also, numerous workers report that their colleagues are behaving as if Covid-19 has been permanently vanquished. Is this the case in your area? Do your best to insure your safety while in the workplace. We’ll also hear about Dr. Dare Adewumi disgraceful mistreatment while leading the neurosurgery department at Atlanta hospital. Interestingly, Dr. Adewumi said he was “trained” not to discuss or call attention to Racism/White Supremacy.
