We venture into Ed Bucks criminal trial in which two non white black males died at Mr. Bucks residence as result of drug overdoses. Also discussed was Oli London who’s a White Man that changed his race (yes i know confusing), and last but not least we give our thoughts on the viral slave themed wedding involving a non white black male victim of racism and a white woman.
Federal to end freeze on police promotions system in Prince George’s after lawsuit alleges bias
area Judge Theodore D. Chuang in Maryland is part of an ongoing lawsuit that officers of color filed in 2018 alleging systemic racism and workplace splendour. Among several allegations of bias, The lawsuit asserts that the dept,system disproportionately elevates White members of the force.

The lawsuit leans on county data showing that the census of the police department which is 43 percent White do not reflect the diversity of the county, which has a population that is 64 percent Black and 20 percent Hispanic.
In a motion to a legal court, The plaintiffs blame the department’s promotion exam system for the disparities. Lawyers for the officers who are suing argued that data collected contained in the lawsuit showed that for years, The pass rates for the tests that determine promotion eligibility and rank were again and again lower among Black and Hispanic officers which experts said was statistically significant and could not have happened by chance.
therefore, The personal injury suit asserts, black and Hispanic officers as a group were promoted at lower rates than White officers for five years in a row.
Officers who took the current iteration of the promotion exams in 2020 and April 2021 will not be required to retake it, And their results won’t be thrown out, Chuang wrote in his lording it over. But the county must put into play a new system by October 2021, When the next exam is timetabled, And work with the plaintiffs to select motivated expert to evaluate the department’s written tests, Skills examination and selection processes.
