The C.O.W.S. Compensatory Call-In 01/11/20

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog.

The first full week of 2020 brought increased tensions between the so called U.S. and Iran. Numerous reports indicate that the Trump Administration authorized the assassination of Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani – believed to be non-white. Interestingly, President Donald J. Trump declared that Iranian cultural cites may be targeted for retribution. This is supposed to be illegal; however, Whites have a history of obliterating and disrespecting black cultural, burial and spiritual locations. Whites in Australia are battling wildfires believed to be exacerbated by climate change. Across the globe in the U.S., President Trump continues to neuter environmental protections designed to stop poisoning the planet and disrupting the climate. In Texas, Yolanda Carr, mother of Atatiana Jefferson who was shot and killed in October by a Ft. Worth enforcement official, died this week at the age of 55. Cause of the death has not been released. However, an attorney for the Jefferson family said, “I see this often where families have medical issues usually related to the trauma experienced due to police brutality.”
