The Context of White Supremacy welcomes Ms. Benita Blocker. Ms. Blocker is a black female and a former employee of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Hospital Authority. She labored for them for approximately seven years, and has detailed her experience of Racism while being employed there. We’ll get details on the importance of documentation – taking you own detailed notes as well as preserving any written records pertaining to you. We’ll also get Ms. Blocker view on being cautious with your signature. Carolinas Health Care System as that she sign a non-disclosure agreement when they ended her employment; she refused to sign the document – which is why she’s legally able to speak with us. Ms. Blocker has a black “supervisor” during her tenure, and there didn’t seem to be a high level of “black love” or “black unity”.
