The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Gus continues to beg listeners to share in put about Covid-19 is impacting their workplace. Some areas of the U.S. are re-instituting mask mandates in public, which may result in workers having to “mask up” on the job again. Or, some colleagues ignore safety regulations and potentially jeopardize the health of others. We’ll also discuss “red flags” in the workplace – meaning behaviors that should be recorded as potential symptoms of future misconduct. When non-white people are confused about Racism and uncodified in our work environment, we can minimize or fail to register “red flag” incidents as potential warnings.
