The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Aaron Henderson’s family still has no logical answers as to how he was killed inside a portable toilet. This tragedy highlights the vulnerability of black workers. We each must do all that we can to prioritize our safety in the workplace. This would apply equally to those returning to the work environment after working from home during the pandemic. We’ll discuss the push to discuss politics – including Racism/White Supremacy – in the workplace. Gus would encourage that non-white people do more listening and less talking during these events. And when it is time to speak, mostly ask questions.
