Certain elements in the US media and political operatives like Hillary Clinton (D) and the rest of the “liberal” establishment have made Brittney Griner’s arrest for drug possession in a Moscow airport a few weeks ago, an international cause. Rep. Cori Bush (D) called Griner a “political prisoner” and that the media should cover her as such.
