The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Last week, B in Toronto, a long time C.O.W.S. listener, talked about the months of terrorism she experienced in the workplace. Her intellectual property was stolen, a black co-worker accused her of having a “slave mentality,” and correct information was withheld from her. It is massively important to acknowledge and respond to evidence of mental health trauma resulting from workplace abuse. We’ll also hear updates on the vaccine mandates and safety protocols in the workplace.
