The world of professional sports continues to provide a wealth of lessons on what to do (and what not to do) while on the job. In Arizona, the White Phoenix Suns owner, Robert Sarver, is accused of maintaining a Racist, toxic work environment. His White wife is accused of intimidating current and former employees regarding commentary about her husband. Sarver is also accused of making sexually explicit comments in the workplace and asking his non-white employees why he’s not allowed to say: “n!@@*r”. In the very same pacific division of the NBA, the Portland Trailblazers are simultaneously investigating their own workplace and general manager Neil Olshey after accusations of misconduct.
