The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Chaos in the field of labor will usher us into 2022. In New York, approximately 1,500 health care workers were terminated for failure to comply with vaccine mandates. In Gus’ Seattle, approximately 33% of Seattle Police officers have failed to show proof of vaccination. Many reports also suggest that vaccine mandates may correlate with an increase in vaccinations over the past few weeks. Besides brawls over Covid-19 protocols, several C.O.W.S. listeners address the hazards of fields that require driving. We’ll address possible counter-racist techniques to minimize problems for commercial motorists and delivery personnel.
