The C.O.W.S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 07/30/21

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. President Joe Biden announced this week that federal employees will be required to undergo Covid-19 vaccinations or be subject to routine testing and mask mandates. This comes amid a growing clamor that “the unvaccinated” are jeopardizing the heard. Universities and schools around the country are slowly adding similar mandates for students and faculty returning this autumn, and the state of New York will require vaccinations and/or testing for all state employees. We’ll access how these policies impact black and non-white workers and we’ll inquire if this will make the hesitant roll up their sleeve for the jab.
