The C.O.W.S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 07/02/21

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. The U.S. workforce is being bounced from one nutty “holiday” to another, as we now trash the Juneteenth paraphernalia for “Independence Day.” Hopefully, the company picnics and bbq’s will be muted (or postponed). With workers returning to the office, confrontations over vaccines continues. In San Francisco, city employees are required “to be vaccinated, or risk getting fired.” Critics counter that this unjust policy adversely impacts black employees, who are less likely to be vaccinated than their White co-workers.
