The C.O.W.S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 04/09/21

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. We continue to wait on final tabulations from the historic Amazon warehouse workers decision on unionization. Apparently they are not using snazzy 21st century voting apps to accelerate this process. The NFL confirmed that former black players have not been getting compensation equal to what former White players receive. This week, the league announced they will discontinue the testing procedure that harmed black athletes suffering from brain damage. On and off the gridiron employers look to a future when social distancing and zoom meetings are a thing of the past. Took get back to “normal,” we may be required to accept vaccines and/or vaccine passports. We’ll discuss how are work environments are changing by the day. We’ll also remind non-white listeners never to discuss politics in the workplace.
