The C.O.W.S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 03/05/21

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. We thankfully escaped Black History Month and the pretend events designated to satisfy or celebrate black employees. We can get back to the business of remaining employed, securing raises and/or promotions, and staying safe in the midst of the pandemic. Along with the month of February, some states also tossed all rona-related regulations and informed businesses that they could open at full capacity without masks. Although this is not a nationwide mandate, many employees may encounter work environments with lax policies or co-workers no longer willing to commit to social distancing. We’ll discuss the best strategies for minimizing risk. We’ll also hear updates from listeners who’ve received the 2nd shot of the vaccine to maintain their safety.
