9 PM EST = From its conception on March 31, 1968, through today the Republic of New Afrika (RNA) has consistently advocated and organized for Reparations for New Afrikans. The very idea of the Republic of New Afrika is reparations demand itself. Join us as Elders of the Republic of New Afrika share about the various Reparations campaigns and initiatives of the Republic of New Afrika and find out how the Republic of New Afrika has provided leadership in the Reparations movement. Special guests include Founding Elder General Kuratibisha Rashid, Atty Maynard Henry, and former RNA President Ukali Mwendo.
Conversation Reparations is an hour-long digital radio broadcast and podcast focusing on the issue of Reparations. It is hosted by Jumoke Ifetayo of N’COBRA. The program is broadcast live on the 1st and 3rd Mondays on the Black Talk Radio Network supported by the non-profit media organization Black Talk Media Project.
N’COBRA, The National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America is an organization based out of Washington, DC, that seeks full repair for the descendants of former victims of slavery in the United States based on the United Nations’s five forms of Reparations.
