Racist American, Jimmy Taylor Charged With Assault In Uganda

An American man who was filmed assaulting and hurling racial slurs at the staff of a hotel in Kampala has been arrested and detained at the Kampala Central Police Station. The man, who has been identified as Jimmy Taylor will soon be charged in Courts of Law.
