American busted trying to smuggle firearm and live ammunition into Uganda

Entebbe magistrates court has further remanded an American national recently arrested at Entebbe International Airport with a firearm and live ammunition. Paul Rogers Mathias, who was remanded to prison last Friday on 3 counts including being in unlawful possession of a firearm and 165 rounds of live ammunition without a valid license, appeared before Entebbe Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi on Monday for hearing of his case.
