BTR News – A nightmarish story comes out Hillsborough County Florida where 6 yr old Brice Russell was brutally murdered by a man his mother married for allegedly sneaking out of bed and eating a cookie. Jack Junoir Montgomery who is 31 yrs old is being dubbed the “Cookie Monster” after authorities have charged him with felony first-degree murder charges after beating the child and forcing the child’s siblings to participate. Authorities say that little Brice Russell was finally killed when Montgomery slammed him into a wall. Montgomery then called 911 to report finding the child unresponsive.
