Video: New video shows suspect in Tampa serial killings

Tampa police released surveillance video taken just moments before Ronald Felton, 60, was killed as they search for a suspect in a string of murders in the same neighborhood. The press is calling a spate of seemingly related murders the work of a possible serial killer in the Tampa, Florida. The killings appear to be random and not related to racism as the killer has killed a diverse group of victims.
