The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog.

Climate and environmental crisis continue to grip the planet, as California wildfires have killed dozens of people and scorched acres of prime real estate. Inmates are being shipped to the front lines to battle the blazes in the hope to reduce their time behind bars. President Donald J. Trump continues to gnaw at Barack Obama’s policies, this week nixing funding to key portions of the Affordable Care Act. Whites continue to talk trash about the commander in chief. Even former President George W. Bush told a New York audience “bigotry seems emboldened.” Speaking of bold, former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick initiated a lawsuit against the NFL alleging that White owners colluded to deny him employment. Whites made no effort to collude against suspected sexual predator Harvey Weinstein. After years of alleged sexual tyranny, Weinstein’s White pals and co-workers like Quentin Tarantino acknowledge they did nothing to stop Weinstein’s criminal behavior.
