The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly assembly on Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is improve non-white people’s problem-solving skills and to refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who’ve discovered the best method to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist labor conditions should expeditiously call in with specifics. We always value and encourage the experiences of “black entrepreneurs;” please, tell us how being “self-employed” upgrades your workplace experience. Several listeners have voiced an interest in forming a group to formulate ideas to help black people in the area of employment. Any listeners with human resource experience are encouraged to inquire about details. We’ll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Documenting your thoughts and workplace incidentlabors is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We’ll also ask that non-white listeners share critical sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment.
