Today we discuss how police brutality is not a recent phenomenon and show how this is in fact planned and put in place by the powers that be. The proof can be seen through the many Supreme Court cases that protect a person’s right to resist if the arrest is unlawful. Proof can also be seen in the way the courts and law enforcement have been able to circumvent the Constitution for the purpose of control and intimidation. If the highest laws in the land say we can defend ourselves and the supreme court cases uphold those rights, then why are so many going to jail for resisting unlawful arrests or receiving no justice or restitution?
