Black social media spawned a panic situation concerning missing Black & Brown teen girls in the Washington, DC area. It was being reported that there was an uptick in the number of black women going missing which can go under reported in the mainstream news.

However, the story seems to have been sensationalized which then led to a meme that a shipping container full of black women was found in Savannah, Georgia and the media was suppressing the story. This story turned out to be completely false.

What researching the reports did turn up was a real story of human trafficking out of Georgia where a man was holding young women against their will at a upscale house whom the victims met online.
