The Context of White Supremacy hosts our monthly Global Sunday Talk On Racism. This program is specifically designed to cultivate participation from Victims of Racism outside the United States and/or non-white people who are not able to join us during our usual broadcast time. In five days the Barack Obama era ends. President-elect Donald J. Trump will be inaugurated, and the world anticipates how the new administration will impact the global operation of White Power. We’ll review the December 2016 prison riot in Birmingham, England. Inadequate prison staff was reported as a major contributor to the melee, but one our UK listeners submits that narcotics may have also been factor. We’ll also review one of UK listener’s effort support and replenish black mental health. Dr. Frances Cress Welsing inspired her to contribute to the healing of black people.
