Attorney Elie Mystal says that “Black” jurors should acquit “Black” defendants charged with all violent crimes against white people including murder as a way to undermine the racist criminal justice system and respond to the acquittals and no charges against slave catchers who murder citizens. Racist terrorist targeted him with death threats after publishing Here’s How Black People Could Use Jury Nullification To Break The Justice System on the website Above Law which he is the managing editor.
Speaking of Jury Nullification or the lack thereof, citizens continue to send other citizens into legalized slavery over non-violent victimless crimes, which the laws themselves constitute crimes of the state against a person’s free will. The latest egregious example is in Des Moines, Iowa where hundreds of drug war cases are under review following the resignation of two Iowa police officers amid accusations that they planted evidence on victims of modern day slavery and human trafficking.
Following the murder of former NFL player Joe McKnight, another non-white NFL player has become of the victim of a terrorist attack. Terrorist and thieves broke into the apartment of Nikita Whitlock and his family and left terrorist messages painted on the wall. Whitlock is a running back for the New York Giants. The terrorists are still on the loose.
Speaking of Terrorists on the Loose, Ray Simons, 32, of Hercules and Daniel Ortega, 31, of Novato, California remain at large and wanted in connection with the deadly terrorist attack and robbery that ended in the murder of Richmond musician William Sims.
