The Context of White Supremacy welcomes the return of Pam. The co-author of multiple books on the System of White Supremacy, Pam manages the Racism Is White Supremacy website and has been a favorite guest on The C.O.W.S. We’ve previously discussed her texts including: Black Love Is A Revolutionary Act and The Interracial Con Game. The summer of 2016 has been a violent and chaotic. Black deaths have inspired new hashtags, speeches, marches and cell phone footage, but no solutions. Additionally, a total of eight enforcement officials have been killed in Dallas, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana respectively. Black male gunmen are the alleged shooters in both instances. This has prompted politicians and lawmakers to brand Black Lives Matter a “terrorist organization” and inspired calls for “Law and Order.” We’ll get Pam’s assessment of this summer’s madness, and suggestions on practical ways counter-racism can be practiced given the current turbulent conditions.
