The Context of White Supremacy welcomes the return of Bob Law. A renowned radio broadcaster, filmmaker, small business owner, and national political activist, Mr. Law has an extraordinary wealth of knowledge and experience in Black entertainment and media. When Mr. Law spoke with us in 2015, he emphasized that White Supremacists recognize the power of black music and have strategically used this medium to erode #BlackSelfRespect. White entertainment moguls have no interest in seeing a new generation of Nina Simone and Fela Kuti. With the passing of Earth, Wind & Fire founder Maurice White, we welcome the chance to have Mr. Law reflect on the messages Maurice White was and continues to transmit to black people through his music. We’ll also discuss the passing of soul legend Natalie Cole. #KeepYourHeadToTheSky
