We will discuss with the acclaimed author of the book “Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome” the residual impacts of trauma on African Descendants in the Americas.
Also we’ll talk about understanding how the past has influenced the present, and how we can eliminate non-productive attitudes, beliefs and adaptive behaviors we have towards one another. From the need to develop a new mindset in our communities, to our economic empowerment, the solution to these problems must come from us. Let’s also talk about some solutions.
