28-year-old Sandra Bland was found dead in a Waller County, Texas (near Prairie View A &M University) jail cell on 7/13/15 after being arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer during a routine traffic stop. Authorities say her death appears to be suicide; however, her friends and relatives declaring foul play.
