UN TReaties, process when violated and the selective history of Black People’s acess to the Human Rights legal apparatus. Onaje Muid, MSW, LMHC, CASAC, is the former Non-Governmental Organization representative to the United Nations for the International Human Rights Association for American Minorities, IHRAAM, former co-chair of the International commission of NCOBRA, the National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America, and delegate to the United Nations World Conference Against Racism in South Africa in 2001.
