Today we discuss in depth, “how much is enough?” The idea that we just have to keep waking more and more people up is starting to wear thin. Those who are awake have to begin to take more action and greater risks, if we are going to move the collective forward.
A new report of the uprising at a Reeves County, TX. plantation, demonstrates how there was open and obvious human rights abuses going on, and even a death of an inmate/slave, who was put in solitary confinement due to encouraging other inmates to protest their inhumane treatment. He died in solitary from an epileptic seizure. The private prison’s policy has not changed in the aftermath.
