A person wants no more than 20 to 40 carbs a day- 50 the max and not all at one time. Eating at least every two hours. Peanuts is a whole meal that can be a snack because it has protein, fats and carbs.For the most part all people bodies are fundamental the same. Anyway, we should grow and raise our own food or support locals that raise or produce chemical free food
