Removing the race factor from the killing of Eric Garner

The New York Daily News says that those demanding justice for Eric Garner have to take “racism” out of equation of why Eric Holder was killed because a “black sergeant” supervised the killing. While the point being made by the question is asinine, it does demand and answer since it is undoubtedly a talking point being advanced by people who want to justify police terrorism.
