The C.O.W.S. Compensatory Call-In 10/25/14
Saturday, October 25th 9:00PM Eastern/ 6:00PM Pacific
The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog.
This week on the plantation, some things did change. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett signed the “Revictimizing” Bill to impede Mumia Abu-Jamal from voicing his views from behind bars. South Africa’s Oscar Pistorius will soon be visiting the clink after being sentenced to 5 years for the shooting death of Reeva Steenkamp; it’s been suggested that he will likely serve less than 12 months behind bars. Much like lenient punishment for White offenders, this week offered a heap of the ordinary, typical. Whites around the world are justifying escalated abuse of black people in response to the reported Ebola outbreak. Nina Pham (non-black, non-white female) has been declared Ebola free, cuddled President Obama and has a global audience anxious to see her reunion with her canine. Intruders continue to hurdle the White House fence with impunity – no shots fired. And a growing number of reports are hinting that Darren Wilson will not be indicted for criminal or civil violations. Apparently, this was much ado about nothing – mostly thanks to that loudmouthed Al Sharpton.
