Peterson allegedly spanked his son with a switch resulting in injuries all over the boy’s body. The running back will not play for the Minnesota Vikings until his legal issues are resolved, the team said early Wednesday. It’s a reversal for the Vikings. The team had earlier said that Peterson, who is facing a child abuse charge, would practice this week and could play in Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints
- Carolina’s Greg Hardy is on the bench and San Francisco’s Ray McDonald on the field. The Carolina Panthers have come under increased pressure over their handling of Greg Hardy’s domestic violence case. Hardy was found guilty by a district judge in July of assaulting and threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend during an altercation in May. California Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom and his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, issued a statement Sunday, denouncing the San Francisco 49ers’ decision to continue to play defensive end Ray McDonald during an investigation into felony domestic violence charges.

My name is John White and for the past 10 years I was a Professor of Psychology and Sociology at Monroe College in the Bronx, New York. I was dismissed for passing all of my students. This is significant because Monroe College teaches mainly African American and Latino men and women who heavily rely on federal student aid to complete their educations, Failure is almost certain financial ruin based on federal repayment guidelines. If my dismissal alone was the issue I would try to handle it myself However I am being tried in Bronx Criminal Court on October 3rd for :
Criminal Trespass (2nd degree)
Aggravated Harassment (2nd degree)
These charges stemmed from me fighting to keep my job and work with the students who need a good education to face the world with at least a fighting chance.
. I would appreciate your assistance if possible. The president of the college asked the 52nd precinct commander to come arrest me in an attempt to ruin my reputation,
I was arrested waiting for a bus on Jerome ave. I want to teach and assist poor and minority students earn degrees so they can better their lives.
I hope you will assist the community by discussing this situation as Monroe is now being recognized as a National Leader in “Urban and International Education I can be reached at 917-494 6892.
Sincerely
John White
