Dominick Diorio charged with hate crimes against V. Stiviano
Dominick Diorio, 40 yrs-old, of Old Bethpage, New York, has been charged with third-degree assault as a hate crime, assault, harassment and aggravated harassment in connection to the hate crime attack on V. Stiviano outside the Gansevoort Hotel according to New York police. The arrest comes just one day after NYPD Police Chief William Bratton, himself a white male, made inappropriate remarks about the racist terrorist attack in stating that he preferred she (Stiviano) stayed on the West Coast. Stiviano was in New York City to tape Anderson Cooper 360.
The second racist terrorist that participated has yet to be identified and no mug shots for Diorio have been posted as of yet.
According to the attorney for Ms. Stiviano, “As Ms. Stiviano was getting inside a cab, one of the assailants punched her in the face, calling her a “f—— n—– bitch,” Mac Nehoray said in a statement. “Ms. Stiviano was punched again by the same person while he was yelling ‘I am going to slaughter you.”
