Florida judge delays murder retrial of Michael Dunn
The retrial for Michael Dunn, who is charged with first-degree murder in the killing of Jordan Davis, has been pushed back.
A judge delayed the start date originally set for May 5 after Dunn’s new attorney, Waffa Hanania, requested more time to prepare for the case Tuesday. Hanania took over Dunn’s case on March 10, according to WJXT.
