U.S. Navy Destroyer heads towards Ukraine for military exercises

The U.S. Naval Destroyer Truxtun is headed to the Black Sea in what the Obama administration called “pre-planned” military exercises that were schedule before the crisis between Russia and the Ukraine erupted. The Truxtun is expected to cross the Bosphorus and sail into Black Sea waters later today. It has a guided missile weapons system.
