On Sunday, July 22, Tampa Police murdered 16-year-old Javon Neal and refused to allow anyone to give him medical assistance as he lay dying on the ground.
Comment by Sharon H Simmons on July 31, 2012 at 2:15pm Hillsbrough County Police are out of control...I have to disagree IF he had been white they would not have shot him...this police dept. does not discriminate...they swear by their handguns..If the killing of citizens enforced stricter consequences, they would handle scenes with different procedures...there has been crime for my lifetime...officers DID NOT pull their guns everytime they arrived at a scene...and you did not see all the officers arrive at the scene to stand around and slap each other on the back laughing and smiling like the HUNT is over!!
