Yesterday 9/24/2012, I laugh my way out of court and 2 traffic tickets because of a Virginia State Trooper working in Pittsylvania Country simply being unprepared. One thing that most police know throughout the State of Virginia is that I have never lost a traffic ticket case that I have showed up to defend. Once again, I had to prove the point of never and I mean never ever think you won a case already without having your due diligence in having proper paperwork prepared. I woke up for court at 8:30am in the morning. I already knew that I was going to win the case because of Virginia State Troopers constantly have the feeling that they are going to have all their cases and summonses go in their favor, no matter what! Lol, so Judge Jones, yes the Judge that is involved in the Town of Chatham, Va police acting outside of jurisdiction case, was the presiding judge. I could have asked for him to recuse himself, but I said I can win even if he is on the stand. It is always better to beat someone at their own game and have him do the honors of not only finding me not guilty, but allowing me to embarrass the way they do business. As I sat in the courtroom, I was not feeling all that well. Judge Jones called my name to fcome up to the front and defend the case against the Virginia State Trooper. He asked that I raise my hand and plead guilty or not guilty. One thing you learn, do not make facial expressions in court, no matter how much you want to. I looked that Judge right in his eye and said not guilty. The judge looked over to the Virginia State Trooper and asked him to explain the reason for my speeding ticket of going 55 in a 45, a little ways inside Pittsylvania County from Danville, Va on U.S Hwy 29. The cop just said he clocked me going that fast using his radar and that I was guilty. So the judge asked did I have any questions? I said yes. I asked the trooper, "Do you have your radar certification for the day in which you pulled me over. He started to fumble through pages and than looked at the judge for help. The judge looked back at him and said please provide him with the paper work. I guess the trooper was use to getting some help from the judge or he was never asked the question in his life. So he pulls out a certification for September 22, 2012. I asked the judge what date was on the traffic summons. The date of the ticket was June 22, 2012. So that was lie number 1 for this trooper. So the judge says to the trooper, "If you can provide certification than Im going to have to dismiss the case." So the trooper fumbles around and says yes I have it right here. I looked at the certification and it said September 7, 2012. So I asked Judge Jones, "Whats the date again on my traffic summons." The Judge looked back at the paper work and said June 22, 2012. The judge looked at me than back at the officer and said case dismissed. As I walked out the courtroom to complete silence, I could hear a bunch of footsteps walking behind me. The Judge didnt call out another name until I left the room. I shook hands with citizens that had heard about me and to those that havent, but was amazed at how I handle the case. The question that linger to the court and to Judge Jones is, "How many people did you just find guilty over this cops blantant perjury and false sstatements/documents that never had any weight of legality or proper police procedure. In the great works of Muhummad Ali, "Float like a butterfly in Pittsylvania County, Va and I will sting like a bee." I know there was public servants from the Town of Chatham and Pittsylvania County that could not wait to see me found guilty in that case. So keep waiting and sorry if I didnt stay to see your jaws drop as I made another cop famous for corruption. The Virginia State Trooper name is TPR W DAVIS, VSP. The best witness for this is Judge Jones, himself of the Pittsylvania County General District Court. The date of the case is 5/24/2012. This was conduct unbecoming and dereliction of duty in every form. He doesnt deserve to be in uniform at all. TThis trooper smiled when he knew that he had caught such a high profile figure that has taken on police misconduct throughout the state of Virginia.  Now cry Trooper W. Davis, VSP!
