Are we being Outright Disrespected by our Black Leadership

First and foremost, I'd like to take this opportunity to say that I am so grateful for this forum to meet and communicate with so many brilliant minds.

For those that don't know me, I am the person that caused the Los Angeles County to revisit thirty-thousand foster care cases. I also made them admit that fifty percent of the children removed could have stayed home, they admitted to targeting the poor and they did it for the financial incentives. NBC4.TV Family 12/12/2003 and Daily News.com 11/04/2004 and Daily News.com 12/07/2003.

Having said that and giving a little background about myself, I can now get into my thoughts. I assist people throughout the Country regardless of color, I just help people. Having said that, this gives me expertise to testify as to what I am about to address.

I find it very strange that very seldom a Justice Department investigation is ever called upon by our African American Congressional leader's, specifically when there is a great number of police brutality's and beating within the Black communities by the local police departments. I find it even more strange whereby the Hon. Sheila Jackson out of Texas has requested a Justice Department investigation involving the shooting or the two Hispanic descent men, notice, Hispanic descent. Were has Ms. Jackson been when the brutalities have occurred again the Blacks in her district? The real question should be "How many Justice department Investigations has she ever requested on behalf of victims within her district?

This leads me to the next Hon. Maxine Water out of Los Angeles, she herself is calling for a Justice Department investigation regarding the shooting of a African American Postal Worker, mind you the officer is also Black; however, she has been very silent on behalf of Mr. Shaw the high school student who was gunned down by an illegal that had just been released from jail. Mine you, Mr. Shaw's Mom was in Iraq during the time of the shooting ? Do you see the paradox yet?

This brings me to my last example, Hon. Obama. I watched as the African American man questioned Hon. Obama about various police shootings, I also watched as Hon. Obama told the man that "if I didn't answer the questions in a manner that you wanted, you could vote for someone else". This is my point, I watched Obama address the questions from La Raza in San Diego Ca., over Sea and a variety of places.. Why does some of us feel as though we have to be disrespectful and nasty to one another? Has it become a second nature whereby we can address our own in any manner, be disrespectful and cold? Have we been so assured that we will give you the vote because you are Black? That statement was uncalled for and I am sure this young man knows that he has a choice as to whom to vote for.

On to my last point, why is it that when Hon. Obama goes out and speaks before Black organizations and/or churches he feels as though he has to lecture the Blacks? ( I stated before that their are many family problems in all races, based upon my expertise) Why doesn't he give the same lecture to the Whites, Hispanic etc?

Now. Hon. Obama, and the rest of the so-called leadership lets tell the people the real truth, since you all have failed to tell them. First of all, it isn't necessarily because one is Black that they are being oppressed, it is because they are poor. The more children that are removed, the more money the States and the Counties receive as a Federal financial incentive, the more people that are incarcerated the more the money, the more people in general are oppressed the more the money.

Obama. what you should be telling the Black community in particular is that " I will evaluate and limit the amounts of federal funding that have been utilized to oppress the people, you should ask that all suspect cases be revisited and brought to a true conclusion, as we in California are already asking for a Federal investigation into all cases within certain Counties, You should inform the people that by limiting the funding, the oppressions of a people will decrease, because their won't be any incentives. You should inform the people that in the state of Michigan 60% of all children have been removed. Why? Because this is the funding that is carrying this broke state and while you are at it inform the public that 80 percent of the 60% that have been removed came out of Wayne County, a Black County.

Hon. Obama, if you would tell this truth, not only would you be the first Black President, you will be the greatest President. You will free the slaves of all colors. This incentive money has made complete slaves out of the people in general, particularly the Black. Bottom line, this is not particularly a Black thing, this is a economic thing.

As I take no credit for anything, I am just a vessel and I am proud that the Lord has used me in this manner. I meant no disrespect to anyone especially the honorables that were mentioned. I am just of the opinion that once a person is no longer effective, once they begin to hold their elected positions for ceremonial reasons and allow a community to decline then perhaps they should remove themselves. I find it very disturbing that one would stay in a elected position for their own self interest. More disturbing is their inability to speak the truth because of their own fears. How can a coward lead?

Thank you for your thoughts and here are mine. I just believe that Obama is getting a bad rep and most of it is coming from our own black people. Obama is not the first person to be running for President, neither will he be the last person. Obama is 50% black and 50% white, but it's funny how the world only focus on the Black part of him. And some how, some Black people believe that when you become successful and you are black, you some how owe every black person you meet a dollar and a smile. Not so, their have been more than 40 somthing presidents before Obama (and he is not even president yet) why did we not hold all the other presidents accountable during their terms in office. I belong to the human race (Which is created by GOD - Not Man) And my skin just happens to have color in it. I say all this to make a point, that we should focus on the content of what is on the inside of OBAMA and those self appionted leaders, not the outside. My first Leader is GOD and my secound leader is myself. You must become the leader, that you wish to see in your world, other wise you are just a follower like all the rest. Name calling (How can a coward lead?) does not help the process in any fashion or form .... its just wasted words, with no purpose )....period.

In no way are my words a disrepect to what you have written, these are just my thoughts out loud, no matter if they are Right Or Wrong in anyones eyes who may read this. You asked for responses and these are mine. I feel alot of Obama pain and alot of other succesful men of color have felt. In 1994 i came to New York with $500 dollars and a dream of being successful, by 2001 i became a millionaire, and it seemed like i got most of my backlash from people who look just like me, and i am 100% black or what ever you want to call me, that's when GOD let me to LOVE HIM FIRST then MYSELF and pray for the ones that choose not to LOVE me.

Mr. Randall,
Your points are well taken; however, you are not an Elected Official, you are not being paid to look out for your community. Yes, if a elected official is too afraid to address issue's because of fear, they are considered be cowards in my view.

My point was that our eletcted officials aren't addressing the real issues that are having an adverse affect upon the commumity. I live in Calif. and I see the difference in the representation regarding the Hispanic communities and ours.

Lastly, I work with people all over the Country I do everything in my power to encourage people; however, it comes to a point sometime whereby we must question motivations. In addition, I was very much involved in politics' and I have questioned the white politicians as well as the Blacks, I see no color line in this area's just motivations.

As inspiring as this event with our first ever African American President( do we vote because or for a cause?) , I must continue with being honest with myself in regards to this area which concerns me as well.. always remembering this is still politics and someone else is always pulling the strings..truly understanding where you are coming from Dr. Moore p.s. Allow me to give an indirect answer to a direct question. A couple of days ago, I came across civilrights.org while Googlehunting. Two things occurred to me as I bounced around the site.

1. It looks a lot like White folks aren't supposed to have civil rights.
2. These people are not trying to work themselves out of a job.

Ebony, civil rights fall directly under the 14th Amendment, this amendment as added to the Constitution for the protection of Black people period. Remember when the original constitution was wriiten it didn't include black people.

Therefore, this 14th Amendments goes right to the heart for the protection of black people; however, it appears that many people are unaware of this fact. Why? Because not too many people have taken the time to read it in it's entirety.

Let's take a look at the 14th Amendment, shall we?

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section 3. No one shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.


Dr Moore, no matter how many times I read this, I can't find anything in there that would apply to one group of citizens separately from another. Part of it is used to confer a fake citizenship on persons subject to the jurisdiction of another country, but "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" should cover everybody born here whose parents are not citizens of another country. We can't enjoy one nation indivisible if some of us are going to make a mission out of keeping us divided. Is there any rational reason not to ensure all inalienable rights for all of our people, without regard for gender, skin color or judgment concerning the choices a person may make in their personal life?

Yes Mrs. Moore. I do believe that we are being disrespected by Our Black Leadership. In fact it is apperent. One of The weapons that The Hons. Dr. M.L. King And Bro. Malcolm X told us to LOOK OUT for.
However The Issue is About Politics and POLITICS Is About Power.
This is a very long Subject Indeed as It Spans Continents, Tribes, Ethnic Groups , Races, Political, Religious, Scientific and Economic
Groups and Associations The Nation and The World Over from periods of Thousands of Years.
However the Present Black-White Power Structure in Thsi Country is what concerns so many knowledgeable peoples here.
Education and Mobilization will be the Key Ingredients to turning things around in America while Dealing with the facts that there are many ELEMENTS to The Political Power Promblems in this Country. Fear, Apathy, Ignorance are just some of these Elements but they are Powerful Ones that The Negative Forces Use as These
Emotions are powerful themselves.
A Black Version of Federalism/Nationalism would begin to Save the Day and Address The Corruption and Collusion that exists among The Power Structure in Every Community as Well as at The Street Level.

British soldier hacked to death in UK, Rebellions in Sweden, Devontae Sanford update

  Attorney John L. Burris gives us some details on the shooting death of Amos G. Smith in an exclusive interview. Amos G. Smith was the young man shot in the back of the head by Union City police in March along with 3 other black men in the same area in a span of 27 hours.

A video posted to youtube shows a Black Muslim who had just hacked an alleged British soldier to death. He issued a warning to others before being shot by police.

There is a war going on in these streets and as we just celebrated the birthday of Malcolm X, I would hate to know what he would think about the lack of response of our young women and men being killed in these streets by thug ass murderous cops and thug ass murderous criminals in our communities. Children don't feel safe walking to school let alone going to school and yet there has been very little response from the community to meet the security needs. Union City cops shoot a brother 8 times in the back of the head and we ain't heard nothing from the people about it in corporate media.

How do you feel about the NOI bringing in white men from Scientology to teach their members non-African concepts and spirituality? What the hell is going on with them brothers and sisters? After seeing photos of one of these Scientology creeps taking the podium at a NOI meeting, many people are saying WTF!

An article came out today about the Mexican activist whom brother Malcolm Shabazz was with when he was murdered. It may answer some questions about who this man is but it does not answer the questions about what exactly happen that day and many have problems with his version of events.

Keeping it in NYC, a bronx based Hispanic religious organization shows up to the Gestapo Frisk civil trial to show their support for a suspected racist NYPD Deputy inspector caught on tape telling officers to target Black boys and men.
  
 

Republican's outrage over Benghazi is fake

Conservatives in Congress just won't let Benghazi go and there is talk about impeaching President Obama concerning lies pertaining to a terrorist attack. Hillary Clinton is another one in their sights but again, this is manufactured outrage as well.  The answer to why four Americans were killed in Benghazi is very simple, tune in for the answer.

Guatemalan dictator and US ally Efrain Rios Montt was found guilty on charges of genocide against Mayan villagers, some are asking if US officials will be charged in connection to their support of genocide in South America. Ronald Reagan staunchly supported this mass murderer and was complicit in many crimes against humanity.


New information on the killing of Malcolm Shabazz brings more questions and suspicions. Two men have been arrested in the murder of the emerging activist but other activist believe the Mexican labor activist Manuel Suarez had something to do with the murder as his story does not pass the smell test.

Today on May 13, 1985, the City of Philadelphia used its police force to commit an act of terrorism against the Move family by dropping a two pound bomb on their home from a helicopter killing several members of the group including children. The resulting fire destroyed over 60 homes.

Racism is not "accidental" it is conscious activity.
