Both campaigns do target Black and other non-white populations. All one has to do is see what's happening in the news about their latest actions. Knowing now the history of Planned Parenthood, its origins and its implementation of systematically targeting and suppressing Black women's reproductive rights, it doesn't surprise me when I see the propaganda and P.R. facades used today to hide their true agendas. anyone who has a clue about nature can clearly see the motives behind these fears that are generated through tales of over-population, single-family households and other justifications for victimizing non-white female reproductive rights sanctioned by The Creator.

Gun buy-back programs are not targeted at whites at the same rate as they are toward Black and non-white owners. As a matter of fact, the complete opposite happens, where white gun-owners are profiled as responsible, well-trained and possess every right to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights as sanctioned by the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution. Additionally, they justify their purchase of these items out of a sheer necessity for safety of the individual, family, property and preemptive countermeasures against crime. What about the rest of us, who happen to be just as responsible, just as well-trained, are also concerned about safety, familial and asset protection, are just as susceptible to criminal acts (sometimes perhaps even more), and are also citizens, taxpayers, business owners, military veterans, civil-minded and, by being natural-born descendants, are also protected by the same Constitution?

In each of these cases, their is a projected fear that surmises certain speculated and baseless outcomes for a particular group of people. The acknowledgement and acceptance of the real truth of these matters will lessen these manufactured fears.

That's funny.  The majority of shootings we hear on the news involve white peoples' use of guns to massacre schools, malls, movie theaters, etc..
