Ending the Drug War & Trayvon Martin case analysis w/ Diane Goldstein
4/11/2012 - 8:00 PM EST
Retired Lieutenant Commander Diane Goldstein joins us again via LEAP. She retired from the Redondo Beach Police Department and has more than twenty years experince in law enforcement. As she puts it, our nation's program of drug prohibition is fiscally unsound and fundamentally unjust. We will discuss some of the latest drug war news with her and get her views on the handling of the Trayvon Martin murder.
Germany Legalizes Racial Profiling w/ Jerome Almon
After we speak to Diane Goldstein, we will be joined by Jerome Almon. Jerome Almon is CEO of MC Entertainment which consists of a modeling agency, TV/Film production and a record label. He has been warning for years that countries like Canada and Germany were moving to legalize racial profiling and were targeting Black entertiners and athletes with criminal records but allow their white counterparts to enter with no problem. In 2007, Jerome Almon filed a lawsuit against Canadian immigration officials.
